2. Job Description.
– Acting as a bridge between the Board of Directors and employees. Advising the Board of Directors to develop a strategy for the organization and operation of the Company.
– Advise and propose to the Board of Directors to handle the following areas: Training, recruitment, organizational structure of personnel, salary, reward, welfare regimes, measures to motivate employees working motion.
– Develop, issue and manage documents related to Human Resources Administration, legal and company’s regulations (Working process, forms, …).
– Develop and ensure the implementation of the performance evaluation system (KPI). – Build activities to connect people, make all employees form a united team.
– Organize and implement the building of corporate culture and promote the company culture in the right direction. – Budgeting for recruitment, training, salary & bonus- Develop regulations and plans related to the use of Company assets and equipment.
– Resolve the proposals of other individuals or departments based on the Company’s internal rules, regulations and applicable laws.
– Manage and operate the Administration – Human Resources department according to functions and tasks.

II. Import-export manager:

1. Job requirements;
– Graduated from university / graduate school of Economics / Foreign Trade, Commerce.

– Computer skills: Word, Excel, Internet and software for customs declaration, C/O…
– 3+ years of working experience in a similar position in the mechanical engineering industry or equivalent.

2. Job description;
– Manage and administer all activities of the Import-Export Department and be accountable to the General Director within the scope of work in charge, including:
+ Building the purchasing process at home and abroad; the process of receiving and exporting and importing goods.
+ Develop and implement the department’s work plan, assign work, train employees, manage and supervise work, evaluate employee performance.
+ Build plans, contact new suppliers, maintain and develop relationships with suppliers.
+ Manage, store import and export documents, perform transaction activities, negotiate, sign contracts with customers and suppliers…
+ Complete the procedures and documents for import and export of goods such as: purchase and sale contract, transport documents, import and export documents, payment procedures, goods delivery and receipt procedures.
+ Receive, check and compare documents of imported and exported goods with the actual quantity at the border gate during the process of making customs clearance documents.
Manage and track orders and contracts. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.
+ Search for new customers, expand import and export markets according to the company’s strategy.
– Perform other duties as requested by the Board of Directors.

2. Job description;
– Develop KPI goals, monthly and yearly business plans;
– Schedule to meet customers, take care of customers periodically;
– Search and collect information on the market about prices, products, competitors…
– Negotiate and negotiate with customers on prices to sign

contract agreement;
– Control the status of orders during production, delivery, payment until the contract is completed;
– Making reports and other tasks assigned by superiors.
